INTELLEGO, the e-learning company, said its sales at the end of July were higher than in the period last year.
The Aim-listed company, which has a market cap of about £1.5 million, said it was confident of significant growth this year.

Over the past year, Intellego has acquired three other training companies: Zenosis, Copia and the Professional Development Partnership.

Speaking at the company's annual general meeting, Angus Forrest, Intellego's chairman, said: "These acquisitions have been integrated into Intellego, which has resulted in cost savings and the re-branding to Intellego has created more prospects to sell the full range of our solutions.

"We have already benefited from these cross-selling opportunities."

Forrest said he was also looking for further acquisitions to improve the business's performance.

During the current economic uncertainty, Intellego said some of its customers were taking longer to make decisions regarding purchases. Intellego, which was founded in 2002 and admitted to Aim in 2004, specialises on the healthcare, training and retail markets.
