Today The Scotsman joins forces with the Royal Blind to launch a Christmas appeal. Claire Smith talks to someone who has reason to be thankful THE FIRST thing you notice about Libby Clegg is not her disability but her incredible self-confidence. Then again, the 18-year-old, who is registered blind, has a lot to be proud of.
