Wood wins Trinidad gas project contract
WOOD Group, the Aberdeen-based energy services company, has won a contract with BHP Billiton to work on expanding a gas project in offshore Trinidad.
Work will be performed by DSI, Wood's commissioning services business, on the Angostura brownfield gas export expansion project.
The value of the contract was not disclosed. DSI has previously worked with BHP, one of the world's largest mining firms, on projects in the Gulf of Mexico.
