Second deal in a week for McLaren
DOCUMENT management group Idox yesterday announced its second contract in a week for its Glasgow-based McLaren software subsidiary.
Under the latest deal, McLaren will supply engineering management software to US-based consulting and design group CH2M Hill.
Earlier in the week, McLaren won a contract with a subsidiary of oil and gas group Occidental Petroleum Corporation. The two contracts are together worth around £1.5 million in their first year.
Richard Kellett-Clarke, chief executive of Idox, said the contract wins were “a demonstration of the strength of our offering for customers involved in managing major capital projects”.
McLaren was bought by Aim-quoted Idox in a £1m deal in 2010.
