Scott’s key role at Barclays Wealth
BARCLAYS Wealth has bolstered its ranks in Scotland with the appointment of Gordon Scott as a director in its Glasgow private banking team.
Scott was head of Kleinwort Benson’s Edinburgh office before the bank decided to close its operation north of the Border and service Scottish clients from London. Prior to that, Scott was a private client manager with Standard Life for more than a decade.
