Scotsman launches iPhone app
NEW ground was broken yesterday by scotsman.com with the launch of Scotland's first newspaper iPhone app.
The app combines many of the features that make scotsman.com Scotland's most popular newspaper website, with digital reader software allowing subscribers to browse an interactive newspaper edition of The Scotsman.
Created in partnership with digital applications specialist PageSuite, the app will cost 1.79 for a three-month subscription and is available from iTunes.
Henry Faure Walker, general manager of The Scotsman Publications, said: "The Scotsman app offers the best of both worlds – access to the hugely popular scotsman.com website, plus the ability to leaf through the pages of our award-winning newspapers."
