Big expansion plans for Pizza Hut Delivery

ARMCHAIR pizza lovers will be licking their lips today after one of the country’s top delivery chains announced multi-million-pound expansion plans.
Pizza Hut Delivery said it aimed to open at least 100 extra sites by 2014 through an investment of about £20 million.
A key part of the deal is the launch of a franchise incentive scheme developed to support the opening of additional stores.
The programme offers up to £65,000 to existing and new franchisees for opening an outlet by the end of November 2013, subject to terms and conditions.
The company said the “aggressive expansion plan” would create significant opportunities for existing and prospective franchisees across England, Scotland and Wales to invest in the brand.
Pizza Hut Delivery currently has about 300 stores throughout the UK, both company-owned and franchised.
