PwC buys Halliwell bonuses business
ACCOUNTANCY giant PricewaterhouseCoopers yesterday revealed it had bought Halliwell Consulting's executive remuneration business.
PwC said the deal involved ten new staff joining the accountancy firm's mid-tier reward practice on 5 January.
The reward practice helps companies to develop pay and bonus schemes.
London-based Halliwell Consulting was founded in 2002 and covered fields including employee share-save schemes, executive compensation and performance monitoring.
