Murray group picks up Inisoft
SIR David Murray's call-centre group Response has acquired software services company Inisoft for an undisclosed sum.
He is understood to have agreed a deal in the "low millions" for the firm, which employs around 20 people in Glasgow and made a loss of 102,906 in the year to February 2007.
The firm, run by Kevin Clark and Douglas McLoughlan since 2001, will be merged with Glasgow-based Response and will continue to trade under the name Inisoft.
Response has an annual turnover of around 50 million.
