DAVID JOLLIFFE has quit his post as finance director of Rangers Football Club.
Donald McIntyre will take over from June 12, the club said in a statement to the Ofex market.
Rangers said that following its recent retail tie-up with JJB Sports, the scale of the club's business had reduced and Mr Jolliffe believed it was "appropriate to move on and seek new business challenges".
Mr McIntyre, who joined Rangers in August 2003, has held senior financial positions within Stakis, Hilton Group, Hewden Stuart and Macdonald Hotels.
Rangers chairman David Murray said: "David joined the club at a low point in its financial position and has, with the financial backing of the Murray Group, helped to greatly improve its finances."
