Software company Craneware today unveiled its third major contract win this month, securing a seven-year deal from a large US hospital group.

The Edinburgh-based firm, which makes billing software for the US healthcare market, said the contract is expected to deliver revenues of $3.8 million (£2.3m) over the term.

Today’s deal follows the announcement of a pair of contracts earlier this month, worth a combined $6.9m.

Chief executive Keith Neilson said: “We are delighted to have secured this competitive win, demonstrating the quality and strength of our offering in the corporate environment with our ability to deliver compelling levels of return on investment for organisations of all sizes across the US healthcare industry.”
