Hotel chain names Roberts to top role
MWB Group Holdings yesterday said it had completed the senior management restructuring at its boutique hotels business with the appointment of Paul Roberts as finance director for Malmaison and Hotel du Vin.
Roberts, who takes up the role next month, joins from De Vere where he was finance director of the group’s core 11 hotels that include Cameron House on Loch Lomond and The Grand at Brighton. He has also worked with Macdonald Hotels and Raffles International.
Last month, MWB appointed Gary Davis as chief executive of its hotels business.
