Branson books £1 million deal
SIR Richard Branson is to pocket £1 million in an advance fee for a five-book deal with his 140-books-a-year publishing business Virgin Books - which he has just sold to Random House in a deal believed to be worth around £3.5 million.
The entrepreneur, who is dyslexic but has previously published an autobiography called Losing My Virginity and also a business book, Screw It, Let's Do It, has already started work on the books. At least one is believed to be about business and the environment.
