Mate as Chess snaps up ESE
CHESS Group, the commercial property services provider, has formed a new division after swallowing a Livingston-based company for an undisclosed sum.
Aberdeen-based Chess said it would establish a Scotland-wide presence in the storage and interiors market through the acquisition of ESE Scotland.
ESE will join up with existing Chess Group operation, Modul8, to create a new group company, Chess Storage & Interiors.
The combined turnover of the businesses is 10 million – a figure expected to grow to 15m within 12 months.
