Zverev heads SLI global equities

Standard Life Investments has appointed Mikhail Zverev as head of global equities.

Since 2010, Zverev has managed its global equity unconstrained fund which has outperformed its peers, delivering top quartile performance over one, two and three years. He will report directly to David Cumming, head of equities.

Zverev has 14 years’ experience in the industry, joining Standard Life Investments in 2007. He previously worked for First State Investments, Schroder Salmon Smith Barney (Citigroup) and Trigon Capital.

The global equity team, based in Edinburgh and Boston, covers Europe, emerging markets, North America, and the UK. Wesley McCoy recently rejoined the company as an investment director in the global equities team.
