Ten years on: A decade of employee ownership at Woollard & Henry

WOOLLARD & HENRY, the Dyce-based engineering firm that manufactures machines for the paper-making industry, yesterday marked ten years of employee ownership.

The firm has grown its sales to £5.5 million from £900,000 over the past decade and has expanded its headcount to 46 from 22. Scottish Enterprise used the event to highlight the benefits of employee ownership
