ENTREPRENEUR Michelle Mone is set to secure a divorce settlement that will see her take full control of the lingerie company she established with her soon-to-be ex-husband.

Mrs Mone is expected to be in the final stages of completing a £50 million deal that will see full ownership of Ultimo transferred to the Scottish businesswoman after a lengthy legal battle over ownership of the firm with Michael Mone.
The deal will signal the end of a 20-year marriage and a business relationship that began in 1996.
Upon completion of the agreement, Mrs Mone, whose estimated worth stands at £39 million, will take full control of the firm and the company headquarters in East Kilbride.
