Be-IT Resourcing, the Edinburgh-based IT and digital recruitment firm, is eyeing a move into London and Frankfurt after bolstering its boardroom.

Managing director Gareth Biggerstaff has appointed Kai Murray, a business growth consultant with 30 years’ experience in the UK recruitment sector, as a non-executive director to oversee Be-IT’s ambitious plans.

Biggerstaff said: “We are aiming to have a London presence by the summer and be up and running in the German market within the next 18 months.

“Kai ticks all the boxes and she will assume responsibility for aligning our business strategy and expansion plans in both the short and medium term. We are delighted to have secured someone with such an outstanding reputation in the sector.”
