Recruitment firm Livingston James Group is expanding into the sales and marketing and legal recruitment markets after unveiling solid first-half growth.

The new sales and marketing brand, Edison Bond, was rolled out earlier this summer with Amicus Ford following just last month to focus on hiring in the legal sector.

Edison Bond is being headed up by Neil Brown, formerly UK sales and marketing lead at Hudson, while Amicus Ford is fronted by Liz Frost, most recently manager of UK resourcing at Heineken.

The group, established by Jamie Livingston and Andy Rogerson in 2010, saw an 80 per cent increase in sales across its core brands rising to £1.5 million in the first six months of 2015. It said this trend is expected to continue with the addition of its two newest brands.

Livingston James has its offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
