Jim Dow Prize closing date nears
THe closing date is approaching for entries to a writing competition to honour Jim Dow, who was The Scotsman’s commercial property editor until his death in 2010.
The Jim Dow Prize for Writing has been established by The Scotsman and property consultant CBRE (Scotland) to encourage and inspire would-be specialist writers on the commercial property scene.
The winning entry will be published by The Scotsman, online through Scotsman.com and the author will also receive a £500 prize, courtesy of CBRE (Scotland). A further two finalists will be acknowledged by The Scotsman and stand to win £250 each, also courtesy of CBRE.
