Technology to save £1.4m
Insulation manufacturer Superglass is introducing new technology to improve the quality of its product in a bid to save another £1.4 million after results showed profits shrank by three-quarters last year.
The Stirling-based firm will invest another £2m, making its product more portable and taking savings from its turnaround scheme to £5m a year, as profit slumped to £400,000 because of higher energy charges.
