Haggis-maker on the move
FAMOUS haggis-maker Findlay's of Portobello has moved its production to East Lothian.
The company has taken over the Carberry Candles site at Carberry after being given help to relocate by East Lothian Council.
Provost Pat O'Brien, who officially opened the new plant this week, said: "We are delighted that Findlay's has decide to locate their production in East Lothian, it's exactly the kind of business we want to attract here."
Findlay's haggis has won many awards and has been championed by TV chef Ainslie Harriott, building up a worldwide following.
