Scepovic, who signed from Sporting Gijon in the summer, has missed a host of chances for Celtic in the Europa League and though he finally managed to find the net against the Romanian side, he also missed several opportunites to score.

Now with five missed chances after games against Red Bull Salzburg and Astra, Scepovic sits fifth in Europa’s most attempts off target chart. Only Apollon Limassol’s Gaston Sangoy, Olcay Sahan of Besiktas, Steaua Bucharest’s Claudio Keseru and Rio Ave striker Diego Lopes have missed more chances in the competition.
