Glycomar director post for Whitehead
GLYCOMAR, a Scottish biotechnology group, has hired John Whitehead as a non-executive director. He is chairman of the Executive Group of Scotland Food & Drink.
GlycoMar's managing director, Charlie Bavington, said Whitehead's experience would be invaluable the development of VeroMara, the food safety service it acquired recently. VeroMara announced a distribution deal with Biosense to sell the Norweigian company's products in the UK and Ireland.
