Game on for centre shop
VIDEO and computer games retailer Gamestation is to move to a shopping centre in Leith.
The company has agreed a ten-year lease on a 2164-square feet unit in the Newkirkgate Shopping Centre.
It is to pay an annual rent of 43,500 on the unit after the deal was secured by commercial property firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W).
Isla Monteith, a senior surveyor at C&W, said: "Gamestation is a great addition to the current strong tenant line up at Newkirkgate."
