Free entry to Royal Highland Winter Fair
Farmers and visitors to this year's Royal Highland Winter Fair will benefit from a decision taken by the organisers to provide free entry and car parking to this year's event, which takes place at Ingliston, on 24 November.
The partnership between the Scottish National Fat Stock Club and the Royal Highland Agricultural Society of Scotland is now entering its third year and Bruce Lang, chairman of the RHWF board said yesterday, "It has always been our intention to drop entry charges, and thanks to fantastic support from our sponsors we are delighted to find we are in a position to do that."
The move draws the Winter Fair alongside AgriScot, on 17 November, in providing free entry and parking.
