Exhibit firm showcases its latest award
A LOTHIANS company that supplies museums and exhibitions with exhibit cases has won a Queen's Award after growing its international export business by 140 per cent in three years.
The Queen's Award is Click Netherfield's latest industry accolade, following a British Design Award and the 2004 Edinburgh Evening News Lothian Business Excellence Award for International Business.
The latest award recognises the company's achievement of having installed its cases in more than 40 countries.
The firm's chairman, John Green, said: "This award recognises the successful realisation of a carefully considered strategy to enter markets overseas, in which we face both global and local competition.
"Our focus on a 'one stop strategy' where we have all the key elements of design, manufacture and installation in-house has really paid off in all areas of our business, but in particular our international business."
Over three years the company's export earnings have increased by 140 per cent from its markets in 42 countries worldwide.
It has major clients in the US, China, the Middle East, Australasia and Hong Kong.
