Energetic move to Union Plaza
ALTRA Energy, part of the Subsea Technology Group, has leased the entire second floor of Union Plaza, in Aberdeen, in a 15-year deal.
CB Richard Ellis – which is letting the building on behalf of Stewart Milne Developments – said Altra is the fifth company to take a lease in the development.
Other companies already moving into Union Plaza include Aberdeen Asset Management. law firm Paull & Williamsons and oil technology company AGR Peak Group.
