Domino's grabs its slice of the pizza trade with pre-tax profits up a third
DOMINO'S Pizza has announced a 32.7 per cent rise in pre-tax profits in the last six months.
The delivery company saw pre-tax profits soar to 10.9 million compared to the same period last year.
Sales increased 19.5 per cent to 170.2m, while like-for-like sales were up 11.4 per cent. Online orders rose 85.1 per cent to 25.3m.
Stephen Hemsley, Domino's executive chairman, said: "We are on track to open 50 new stores this year."
