Contractor eyes emergency repairs
Paul Greaves spotted a niche for working with small firms
A CONTRACTORS firm is predicting a surge in sales after spotting a niche in the market for a fixed-price emergency repair contract for Scottish businesses.
Edinburgh-based First Call Business Assist has set a target of signing up at least 4,000 contracts in Scotland over the next 12 months, says managing director Paul Greaves.
He said: “We realised that there is no-one in the UK that offers all-in-one emergency service for commercial buildings and shops.”
It has been launched by those behind a similar business providing a fixed-price service for homeowners and landlords.
First Call, a fully FSA-regulated company, has recently cemented its commitment to local communities across Scotland through an innovative fundraising arrangement that benefits Cash for Kids, The Yard Foundation, Hibernian Community Foundation and Big Hearts charities.
