Skyscanner, the fast-growing flight comparison website operator, has named technology industry veteran Margaret Rice-Jones as its next chairman.
Rice-Jones has spent more than 25 years working with technology firms, including Motorola and Psion Computers.
She replaces out-going chairman Ray Nolan, who has been in the role for three years.
Gareth Williams, Skyscanner’s chief executive and co-founder, said: “Margaret is the perfect fit for Skyscanner.
“I also want to thank Ray Nolan for his three years of incredibly valuable leadership and insight in his role as chairman.”
