The refurbished fourth floor of the 150 St Vincent Street office building in Glasgow has gone on the market.
Property consultants JLL and Cushman & Wakefield have been drafted in to find tenants for the 10,824 square foot office space in the city centre.
The revamp has seen the entrance completely remodelled alongside the reception area, which features a brightly coloured Highland cow.
JLL director Alistair Reid said: “We are pleased to launch the fourth floor at 150 St Vincent Street. I’m sure that thanks to the extensive refurbishment it will prove popular with potential tenants.
“And with the work done to the other areas of the building, companies already based here will also see the benefits.”
150 St Vincent Street, which is being asset managed by Cube Real Estate, is home to JLL’s Glasgow office, as well as Allianz, Towergate Insurance, Irwin Mitchell and Monster Worldwide.
