Hospitality industry veteran Frantz Mathis has been appointed as general manager of Cameron House Hotel, the luxury getaway on the banks of Loch Lomond.
Mathis, who has more than 16 years’ sector experience, was most recently food and beverage executive assistant manager at Shangri-La in Abu Dhabi. He has previously worked at venues including Tate Modern in London and Atlantis, The Palm, in Dubai.
He said: “I am extremely excited to have joined the team at Cameron House and I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge of the industry to contribute further to the success of the hotel.”
Resort director Andy Roger added: “Mathis brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise that will help us to deliver the highest levels of customer service at Cameron House Hotel. He has worked at some of the top hotels in the world, has a great enthusiasm for the industry and will be a real asset to our team.”
