Full-service law firm Inksters has opened an office in Forfar after hiring Joanne Romanis and Robert Wild from rival Bowmans.

The new base, on the town’s West High Street, adds to Inksters’ existing offices that span Glasgow, Inverness, Portree, Wick, along with a visiting base in Shetland.

Joanne Romanis is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in family law and specialises in high net worth and complex financial cases, such as difficult divorces and cohabitations.

Wild acts for a wide range of clients throughout Angus and beyond, acting for individual and family clients in house sales and purchase as well as preparing wills and powers of attorney. He also advises a number of firms and local organisations on matters including business set-up, acquisitions and disposals, and the lease and purchase of commercial property, with a particular interest in the agricultural and renewables sectors.

Inksters founder Brian Inkster, said: “This is an exciting development for Inksters as we move for the first time into the county of Angus. It marks another significant step in the development of Inksters as a full-service national law firm.”
