CATERING specialist Sodexo Prestige has secured a five-year extension to its contract with Perth Racecourse, pictured.
The company has worked with the venue for the past 12 years, and will be working to improve the range of hospitality and conference packages on offer.
David Trotter, catering services director at Sodexo, said: “Our intention is to ensure continued growth by providing hospitality guests with bespoke packages that have a strong focus on locally sourced produce. Our chefs will also continue to strive to design innovative menus that help sustain high levels of attendance on both race day and non-race day events.”
Perth Racecourse general manager Sam Morshead added: “Together we look forward to pushing the boundaries in both quality of food and service for all our customer groups this year and in the years ahead.”
Sodexo Prestige, which employs about 5,000 people, provides catering at a range of other venues across Scotland, including Aberdeen Football Club, Hampden Park and the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.
