Cala sorts mortgage package
A HOUSEBUILDER has created a package of offers to help buyers overcome the current economic climate and get on the housing market.
Cala Homes has secured a market leading fixed-rate mortgage of less than six per cent for eligible homebuyers of new Cala properties.
The 5.99 per cent mortgage deal is available on the builder's new properties at sites across Edinburgh and Lothians, including East Fettes, Greenbank Drive, Archerfield in North Berwick, and Hopefield in Bonnyrigg, until July 31.
Sarah Stanger, sales and marketing manager for Cala Homes said: "The lack of both buyers and of mortgage liquidity is hampering the housing market.
"This package enables us to offer a fantastic opportunity to purchase our new homes."
