Bumpy rentals
THE residential private rental market could be heading for a bumpy ride as tenants struggle to pay their bills.
According to research by Axa insurance company, the number of private renters slipping into arrears because they can't afford the rent is rising – 13% of renters have gone into arrears in the past 12 months.
