Braveheart renews support for Traak
BRAVEHEART, the Perth-based investment house, has led a third funding round for software developer Traak Systems, pumping in £170,000.
Edinburgh-based Traak was set up in 2005 to create software for handling the ever-increasing amount of data generated by sensor systems and radio frequency identification (RFID) tags.
Braveheart said the money would provide working capital to allow Traak to complete its product development and to launch it with select customers.
Geoffrey Thomson, Braveheart chief executive, said: "This further investment demonstrates not only our continued confidence in the company's technology and management, but also our ongoing commitment to support our most promising portfolio companies."
