BoS closes fund
BANK of Scotland Corporate has closed a £434m fully seeded fund containing its risk capital investments in UK PFI/PPP infrastructure assets. Its infrastructure finance team sold 49.9% of the fund to four UK pension fund investors to complete its first institutional fundraising. The portfolio was built over 10 years and contains 47 investments.
Ceri Richards, managing director of specialised industry finance at BoS Corporate, said: "The fund has been a strategic goal in the development of a full offering to the PFI/PPP market."
