One to watch: Antonio Horta-Osorio

LLOYDS managed to keep a relatively low profile as the latest scandals buffeted the banking industry last week, diverting attention from its update on Project Verde.

Once the dust has settled, however, the City is likely to re-focus its attention on the deal to sell 632 branches to the Co-op, and will be eager to hear some of the commercial details.

Analysts have so far been supportive of the latest move but are keen to know if the business is being sold at a loss.
