When judging comedy isn't funny

THE three public members of the if.comedy judging panel suffered an unfunny surprise when they returned to their New Town flat. Rosanna Bond, Alison Leitch, and Jude Stone found laptops, i-pods, a camera and a radio stolen by burglars who probably scaled scaffolding.
They won a competition to join the judging and have seen seven comedy acts a day, having the "most fun I've ever had", said Rosanna. The laptops do not carry sensitive judging notes – they keep those with them – but producer Nica Burns offers a no-questions asked £500 reward.
