MSP to speak at anti-ID card event

THE convener of the Scottish Parliament's justice committee will speak at an anti-ID card meeting on Tuesday.
Tory MSP Bill Aitken will ask "Is this 2009, or are we living in 1984?" at the Edinburgh NO2ID meeting. The event takes place at 6.30pm on Tuesday in The Bow Room of Quaker Meeting House, Victoria Terrace.

The answer is 2009, just ask any illegal immigrant. There are plenty of them.

I also meant to say if we did not have an open door policy which has now caused the problems we would not need to consider ID cards.
We are past that now and need to know who is here and hopefully get them out if not here legally.
