SCOTTISH Conservatives yesterday sought to step up the pressure on justice secretary Kenny MacAskill, outlining seven measures on courts, sentencing and prisons they claim he must act on.
But there was no mention of a predicted no-confidence motion. A spokesman for the justice secretary dismissed the Tory move.
