Tory challenge to justice secretary

SCOTTISH Conservatives yesterday sought to step up the pressure on justice secretary Kenny MacAskill, outlining seven measures on courts, sentencing and prisons they claim he must act on.
But there was no mention of a predicted no-confidence motion. A spokesman for the justice secretary dismissed the Tory move.

Hysterical, that the useless, corrupt, handwringing opposition at Holyrood actually think they have a say in who the SNP chooses to fill their posts.

They are nothing but a bunch of foaming at the mouth, Westminster puppets, who would run a mile at the suggestion of an election. Governed by their london masters, they remain nothing but a hectoring, policy free bunch of greedy scumbags.

There only function seems to be to make the SNP look even better.

Why didn't it?

Is it because there is no substance to the, either the Scotsman or the Tory, "measures"?

Or, indeed, are the Tory "measures" already works in process?

Unfortunately for Tory members of the Justice Committee, there will be no headlines to justify their pompous position?

The BBC has recently reported that the AWOL 'Hawk' has just meekly given himself up to the Polis at Kinross where it seems he had been visiting his family!
