Santini Restaurant in Conference Square has launched two new seasonal offerings to its menu to coincide with courgette flower season. Diners can enjoy the tastes of this wild flower in two new dishes, created by The Sheraton's executive chef Malcolm Webster. Fried zucchini flower stuffed ricotta and zucchini flower stuffed with shrimp and bavette pasta will be available until July 24.
