Rogue landlords protest gets under way

A number of speakers addressed the meeting at Old St Paul’s Church in the Old Town.
The meeting heard from tenants who had experienced problems, from nuisance neighbours to flats which were not fit for habitation.
The Evening News revealed last month how the council was investigating 400 landlords over their conduct in letting their properties. In addition, nearly 450 house in multiple occupation licences had been revoked.
