Reporting to director of financial services Louise Powrie, O’Neill – who has 12 years’ experience in the recruitment industry – will be responsible for placing mid- to senior-level candidates in permanent asset servicing roles. She will also manage the accounts of asset servicing clients.
Powrie said: “Scotland’s asset servicing sector continues to grow, and with it an increasing demand for experienced specialist staff – particularly within oversight functions of third-party administrators and global custodians. These roles can be very technical.

Rachael has well over a decade of recruitment expertise, with the bulk of these focused on asset servicing. She has a fantastic track record in supporting clients and delivering a positive experience for candidates.”
O’Neill’s appointment brings the headcount at Core-Asset, led by founder and managing director Betsy Williamson, to 36.
