Driver was four times limit
Lesley Kelsey, of Whitburn, West Lothian, pleaded guilty to driving with a count of 129 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
She was fined 265 and disqualified from driving for 16 months.

She jumped into the driving seat at 2.40am to drive the 500 yards to his home further up the cul de sac in which she and her partner live, the court was told.
She had been drinking vodka and Irn-Bru all evening and crashed into a parked car.
Julia McLaren, prosecuting, said a local resident heard a loud bang and looked out to see that Kelsey's car had collided with a neighbour's.
Both cars suffered frontal damage and the accused's had a burst tyre.
