Swashbuckling show: French classic given a Glaswegian-Scots flavour in modern take
George Drennan brings the character of Montfleury to life in this new production of Cyrano de Bergerac.
The show by Citizens Theatre artistic director Dominic Hill will draw on Edwin Morgan’s Glaswegian-Scots translation for this fresh take on the enduringly popular period piece, with the run starting on 5 September in Glasgow’s Tramway.
