Under the Radar: Kevin P Gilday and The Glasgow Cross
Last week the duo released the tracks A Sensitive Man and The Artist Is Present via Hector’s Iffy Folk Records, reaffirming the masterful creative partnership previously demonstrated on their debut album, Experience Essential. This includes works of genius such as There’s A Workie In My House, The Man Who Loved Beer and Hitler’s Moustache.
Although forced to postpone the launch gigs for its follow-up, Pure Concrete (due out on vinyl on 29 May), Gilday and Hector plan to record a series of conversations about the origins of the tracks. Find out more at bit.ly/KPGATGC
