Edinburgh centre Mark Bennett carried off injured in Belfast
Bennett was taken off midway through the first half as the capital side lost 30-29 to Ulster in Belfast, the home side winning with the last kick of the ball.
“Mark has a hamstring injury, I am not sure how bad it is, we need to see,” said Edinburgh coach Richard Cockerill. “It’s very disappointing for him and it’s never good when you see a man stretchered from the field.”

Hide AdAt Scotstoun, Glasgow missed out on a bonus point but beat Munster 25-10. The Warriors raced into a 22-0 half-time lead with tries from Callum Gibbins, Stuart Hogg and Adam Ashe, but the Irish side were transformed after the break.
“You want to pick up bonus points and having three tries first half we should have scored it before half-time,” said coach Dave Rennie. “But you’ve got to pay tribute to Munster’s defence too.”
Rennie said he hadn’t seen a 15th-minute incident involving a Gibbins shoulder charge at a ruck. The TMO didn’t either despite a lengthy look but Munster counterpart Johann van Graan felt it was a “turning point” in the match.
